Bruce Willis este una dintre cele mai populare vedete de la Hollywood, multumita pe de o parte seriei Die Hard. S-a nascut intr-o baza militara americana din vestul Germaniei, pe 19 martie 1955.
Bruce Willis a fost crescut in New Jersey de la varsta de doi ani. In 1984 ajunge pe Broadway in piesa Fool for Love, dupa care, in excursia sa la Los Angeles, a fost ales din 3.000 de candidati sa joace alaturi de Cybill Shepherd in Moonlighting, in rolul unui detectiv particular – David Addison.

In anii ’80, Bruce Willis a mai jucat in cateva roluri, dar nu ajunsese inca la marele sau debut pana la aparitia sa alaturi de Kim Basinger in Blind Date (1987). Apoi vine Die Hard (1998), in care Bruce Willis are rolul unui politist din New York.

Bruce Willis a fost casatorit cu Demi Moore din 1987 pana in 1998. Au impreuna trei copii.
